SPINACH DIP Kristen Capaccio
2 round rye breads, cut out middle of one loaf
Use this as dip bowl. Cut remaining bread into 1 inch pieces and serve with dip.
1 pkg. frozen spinach 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix 1 lb. tofu 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts,chopped 1 c. sour cream ½ c. mayonnaise ⅔ c. green onions, chopped
Thaw spinach and pat dry with towel. Blend tofu until creamy. Mix all ingredients together and chill for 2 hours.
